Domestic Gardens

We design and build both small and large domestic gardens for a variety of properties. We can landscape a completely new garden or modify and re-vamp an existing plot. Whether you are looking for paved walkways, curved borders, walled gardens, trellised areas or perhaps some soft landscaping, Greatford Garden Services can create a domestic garden suited to your individual requirements and tastes.

Design & Build of a Large Domestic Garden

This large private garden was designed by Greatford Garden Services and was a complete revamp of a 15 year old garden.

Some of the features include a large hand made pergola, walk way, trellis seating area, raised vegetable beds, a barbeque area with a hand made green oak bench and side tables.

There is an extensive patio with sunken lighting and raised brick edging to a planted area. We also created a pond with a filtration system and cascade.

Large Patio & Soft Landscaping

Greatford Garden Services were employed to carry out a complete refurbishment of the patio area to include new slabs, ballastrade and soft landscaping.

Walled Garden & Paths

These photographs show a revamp of an old walled garden which included re-turfing of the lawns and a re-design of the planting areas.

The installation of new brick paving to the footway was carried out all in keeping with the setting.

Small Domestic Garden

For this smaller domestic garden we laid a new slab patio with a curved edge border to the lawn and a fenced off trellised area.

Also added to this garden was a pergola and a gravelled, planted area.

Patio Area with Trellis Fencing

The job here was to lay a new patio area with curved edges and finished off with a gravel border and semi-circle gravel inset.

We also erected trellis fencing with a pergola to complete this area.

Large Architect Designed Garden

The aim of this project was to landscape a new garden from scratch for a new property. The architect designed garden was completed using raised sleeper planters and a curved wall planting area.

Access through the garden was achieved by the construction of paved pergola walkways and an area of pea shingle. The walkways are surrounded by soft landscaping.
